Need a ride to surgery in Bloomfield. Must be responsible, reliable, and have their own transportation. Need to be at my house at 6:30 a.m. THIS Friday to drive me to surgery and then be in the area until you receive a call that I am ready for pick up from the surgery center, before taking me home and dropping me off. MUST STAY IN THE GENERAL VICINITY OF THE SURGERY CENTER DURING MY SURGERY.
