This is primarily a House Manager position with some PA responsibilities and the possibility to extend into an EA role with the right candidate. 20-30 hours a week, flexible schedule with opportunity for more hours for a candidate with EA skills, as the Principal is a business owner. -Inventory and stock the home consistently -Schedule and manage regular home maintenance -Plan, shop, prep 2 meals/week -Light tidying of general spaces (dishes, clear counters, return items to rightful place, etc.) -Laundry for family of 5 -Maintenance of family calendar (adding, organizing, monitoring alerts) -Occasional errands -Implementing and maintaining organizational systems within the home -Occasional child care/child transportation (if comfortable) A "see a need, fill a need" mentality will be valued in this role!
