We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide maintenance, property management, lawn care, transportation to our personal household and to a rental property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, have handy man skills, is an excellent driver, is capable of lawn care and snow removal. Be self sufficient and able to handle operating all types of lawn equipment and perform necessary maintenance and other required duties without supervision. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours, and be responsible along with maintaining confidentiality.
