Assistance Needed In Iowa City.

I need help with Vacation Services. My ideal assistant has own transportation and comfortable with pets. I am 90 years 0ld, widow, and don't have the strength. My 8-year-old dog had a freak accident and is now unable to move back legs to go outside to poop & pee. I am getting a sling to help him walk and I am unable to lift him to do this. He weighs 40 lbs, Cocker Spaniel who was very active before this. I need someone to help lift the dog twice a day he is an overfriendly pooch, loves people. I have no family here.
