Seeking an experienced and versatile part-time assistant to help manage a home and home office that deals with prop management and a non-profit. Hours/days flexible: 12-17 hours per week. I have a permanent speech impediment due to a past surgery. Speaking is difficult. Making phone calls is a large part of the job. - College degree w/3-5+ years work experience. - Critical thinker, proactive & comfortable working independently. - Excellent spoken and written English necessary. - Verbal/written Spanish skills are a plus! - Prop management experience necessary. Nonprofit exp helpful. - Social media, marketing, writing & computer skills are important. - Own transportation with proof of insurance. - Non-smoking. - Must love dogs! Will need help with animal care when my injuries are acting up. I have a large 70 lb dog and foster at times.
