I am looking for an educated and well-spoken personal assistant to help manage a home and home office that deals with prop mgmt and a non-profit. Hours and days are flexible: 12-17 hours per week. Due to repercussions of surgery, I have a permanent speech impediment. Speaking is difficult. Making phone calls on my behalf is a large part of the job and can be done remotely at times. - College degree w/3-5+ years working experience. - Critical thinker, proactive & comfortable working independently. - Verbal/written Spanish skills are a plus! - Prop mgmt and/or nonprofit exp helpful. - Social media, marketing, writing & computer skills are important. - Own transportation with proof of insurance. - Non-smoking. - Must love dogs! Will need help with animal care when my injuries are acting up. I have a large 70 lb dog and foster at times.
