About the job
I am seeking a part time personal assistant Mondays 8-6 p.m. Open to 10-7 p.m. as well. I need someone who is comfortable supporting a CEO, taking care of kids, managing a house, and even cleaning up some in the house. This role is for a busy business owner and mom. We live in the hills, so you will need a car due to the fact that the buses do not come up this far. This role could turn into a full time role for a personal assistant over time with the current job done well and showing up consistently. We pay cash weekly. The day looks like: Helping get the kids off to school, managing contractors at the home, organizing the home, scheduling appointments and managing a calendar (multiple calendars for 2 kids and the mom), organizing closets, pantry etc, and then picking up the kids around 4, taking them out and then preparing dinner.
