Part-time Helper Near Ruckersville/Charlottesville

I have a cabin in Ruckersville that I make available for short term rentals. I'm looking for help to ensure the property is presentable for guests. This would include walking through the property to ensure cleaners were thorough, items are put away, collecting mail, taking the trash bins to the curb on Thursdays for pick up on Fridays and checking the pH/levels of the hot tub when guests leave.
