Seeking Caring Person (preferably Who Has A Small Dog!) To Help With Errands/personal Assistant

Adult 32 yo female who is largely independent but has language disorder (she is able to communicate ). When her roommate travels, she can use some assistance running errands like the mall, post office sometimes - but more so, would love just a visit from a cool person with a small dog (she loves animals) for an hour or two (or, if things like light tidying, logging receipts, or small tasks to help roommate are also involved, this could absolutely be more hours one day a week).
