About the job
We are looking for someone to work M/T/W afternoons/evenings, roughly 1:30-5:30 p.m. We need help with household work/errands and with childcare (specifically, pick-up from school, taking to activites). We have a 8-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy. Majority of the job will be household work/errands/transporting kids. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with tasks like organizing household items, laundry, light cleaning, dog walking etc. We will have this person essentially do all the tasks that we don't have time for or to arrange for the tasks to be done by other folks. There is an opportunity to work occasional weekends (watching kids for a few hours in the morning) as well. Our ideal assistant is organized, can multitask, has experience with kids, has their own transportation and is a non-smoker.
