Household Errands And Odd Jobs

I am looking for help with household errands and tasks including: taking out the trash, sorting mail, laundry, doing the dishes, taking things to the post office, making returns, identifying basic home maintenance items and executing on them (e. g., changing batteries, replacing lightbulbs.) Hours are flexible, I'm looking for 2 hours a day, Monday through Thursday. Must be highly organized, independent, and reliable. My ideal assistant has own transportation (not required), a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
