Personal Assistant & PT Nanny

Hello! I'm a solo mama of 10-year-old twins, and the director of a forensic accounting firm. I'm looking to hire someone who can fill a hybrid role of both a personal assistant and part time nanny to the twins. -Personal assistant role: I'll be delegating the household management tasks like errands, laundry, grocery shopping, light cleaning, watering the plants, etc. (I have a cleaning crew that comes weekly on Wednesdays, so I've got deep cleaning covered.) -Nanny role: I'll be delegating school pickup at 3 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and occasionally on Fridays. The kids may need help with homework, they are in 4th grade. Other tasks include preparing dinner on those days, and any special projects as they come up. Must have reliable transportation, and availability in the afternoons.
