Position Overview
The Personal Home Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of household operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and organized daily functioning of the residence. This role combines administrative, organizational, and management skills to maintain household standards and enhance the quality of life for household members.
Key Responsibilities:

Household Management
- Develop and maintain household systems for organization, cleaning, errands and maintenance
- Create and manage household schedules, including regular maintenance appointments and service provider visits
- Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and maintenance personnel (Yard, Electric, Pool, Hot tub, HVAC, and other contractor needs)
- Manage household inventory
