Transportation To/from Work For 22 Yo Female

I am not a senior, but a 22-year-old who requires rides to and from work. I live on S Main St. near downtown Washington and work at the Humane Society, which is 9 miles, or about 15-20 mins from my house depending on traffic. I would need to be picked up by 8:10 a.m. at latest at my home to get to work by or before 8:30. I then require a ride home at 5 p.m. I need rides on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I can pay $20 a day or $60 a week for the 3 days. I'm looking for a reliable non-smoker. Let me know if you can do all or some of the days.
