I have a to-do list that has become overwhelming. I have so many small things that I keep pushing back. My ADHD makes it hard to make progress because the shame stops me from even beginning. Simple tasks that I can't start because they feel vague and overwhelming. I need help with a variety of things that aren't consistent and not well organized. ***Respond to emails ***Put events in my calendar ***Transcribe text message responses ***Organize items in garage for sell, donate, trash ***Listen and help with mundane steps that are preventing me Times and days can vary and are flexible to meet your needs as well. I'm not sure how many hours I need at this time but would like to do a couple a week. Depending on the tasks, some can be done remotely.
