About the job
We're looking for a warm, proactive House Manager to support a busy household part-time. This is a valued, long-term role-our last House Manager was with us for 9 years. The principal is a working mom who travels often, so we're seeking someone who's organized, intuitive, and enjoys bringing calm to the day-to-day. A major part of the job involves errands (grocery runs, dry cleaning, dog grooming), so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Tasks also include vendor coordination, laundry, organizing, plant care, meal prep, and caring for a small (sometimes barky) hypoallergenic dog. No childcare is involved, but a high schooler lives in the home part-time. Weekly schedule includes core hours Mon/Fri (10 AM-3 PM) plus flexible shifts Tues-Thurs (2-4 hrs). Occasional weekends appreciated. 15 guaranteed hours/week
