Dinner Party Assistant And Server

I need an experienced assistant and server for a private residential dinner party. My ideal assistant is a non-smoker, honest, positive, friendly. Assist with cooking, transferring food to serving dishes, arranging buffet, greeting people and serving and pouring drinks for guests. You do not need to be a bartender. Then once dinner is served basically assisting with cleaning, wiping down counters, loading dishwasher, throwing out food, wrapping up food. Putting garbage out. Basically assisting all aspects with the ebb and flow of a party and then assisting with serving dessert, coffee, clean and close up the kitchen. This is a small dinner party around 15 people. Please be willing to wear black pants and a plain black polo shirt. Black shoes/sneakers.
