We are seeking a highly organized and proactive House Manager with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. The House Manager will oversee the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly operations of four properties, including landscaping, pool care, and general repairs. This role involves coordinating with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and services. Additionally, the House Manager will be responsible for tracking household supplies to ensure everything is well-stocked and for managing the ordering of groceries, cleaning supplies, and other necessary household items. Running errands, such as shopping, picking up/dropping off dry cleaning, and handling other tasks as needed, is also part of the role. Light cleaning and house organization are required.
