One Time Medical Escort (Transportation From Hospital)

I will need transportation between a Hospital and a nearby hotel post surgery and ensure I enter my hotel room. I will be fully conscious but due to general anesthesia, I will need someone with their own transportation to drive me. We will need to be at the hospital around 9:30 a.m. The entire day should end by 3 p.m. If it extends longer, additional pay will be added. If the day ends earlier than expected, the full 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. pay will be given regardless. The time of surgery is still subject to change (same day, different time).
