Hello, I need someone to take me to a medical appointment on Thursday. I have to have someone there to be at my appointment and to take me home after a procedure under general anesthesia. I need someone between 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Thursday February 6th. I am a 42 yr old man. I am divorced. Taking care of a father with cancer and a 6yr old son.
