Personal Assistant / Organizer Needed In Rockville.

I am looking for a personal assistant to can help with a variety of errands, home maintenance, and other similar tasks. Anything from garage cleanout and organization, scheduling trash pickups, light gardening (or researching and recommending a good fit gardener), arranging for routine home maintenance (scheduling HVAC checkups, appliance service, etc.), assistance in making appointments, and occasionally for pets, taking to and from vet, watering and repotting house plants, occasional closet or storage room organization, filing mail and documents, occasionally laundry - and other similar household tasks as they arise. No child care needed. My ideal assistant has own transportation, a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
