Assistance Needed In Boston.

I am 39-year-old male, I will be having a minor hernia surgery on the 14th out of state in Boston. I need transport from hospital and possibly some assistance around the vacation rental I'll be getting with food prep or some food delivery, lifting items over 10 lbs etc. Someone who will be nearby and on call if I need assistance in the next day or two or worst case take me back to hospital if needed. All dependent on my post op pain and mobility tolerance and looking for help to be available and on call as a precaution. In short, I'm independent but will need transport from Hospital after surgery on 14th October, and assistance book and spend 2-8 hours first day assisting if needed with food and mobility, possibly following day and 3rd to be on call if needed.
