Duluth - Assistance Needed

I need help with the following tasks:- 1) Dishes 2) Cooking for guest/parties or once a week for meal prep. 3) Feed cat & clean litter boxes( if comfortable) 4) Take out the trash Other task:- 1) Running errands (when needed) 2) Water plants(indoor & outdoor) 3) House sitting when away Task that I don't need help with 1) Cleaning the house (we have someone come once a month). 2) Lawncare My ideal assistant a non-smoker, comfortable with my a cat, preferable have their own transportation, is easy to get along with, reliable and trustworthy.
