House Manager Needed

Professional couple seeks house manager to help with daily management of household, errands including two large friendly dogs, a 4-yo chocolate female Lab and 2-yo male Golden. Comfort around dogs is required. Hours are flexible, generally 9-4 Ability to accommodate occasional overnight stays is desired. Duties include: Grocery shopping, errands , dog walking, light meal prep (being comfortable in the kitchen is ideal!), errands, managing inventories, procuring daily household items, organization of all closets & cabinets, and schedule /oversee all outside services. Looking for someone who takes initiative. Light household cleaning also required (tidying up / bed making); we have a separate housekeeper weekly. Must have previous experience working in a private household. $25/hour, 1099 paid bi-weekly. Refs required. Must be willing to pass drug test.
