Looking for a personal assistant to help with our home and small business related tasks: - Managing and tracking home renovation projects, including deadlines and other staff performing different jobs - General administrative tasks for our home business including booking travel, expense reporting, purchasing, document preparation, and other procedural work - Helping manage calendars and appointments Requirements: - Attention to detail problem solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word) - Able to write professional emails - Has a valid driver's license and full-time access to car - Able to lift at least 55 lbs - Must be able and willing to travel within the US and outside the US as needed (up to 30 days per year)
