About the job
This job is a part time job working on site with occasional work from home options. It would be weekday afternoons. Approximately 12-16 hours per week. Must be a safe driver and comfortable working around children. Common Tasks Include: Pick Ups / Drop Offs to and from school and sports practice Errands like returns, dry cleaning, etc. Driving to appointments, stores, the airport, etc. Home Organization Coordinating and Communication with repairmen and contractors Scheduling and Calendar Management Help Managing Projects and Tasks Maintaining appropriate levels of household supplies Coordinating travel, hotel, dining arrangements as needed Providing administrative assistance such as writing emails, returning phone calls, answering the phone in a polite and professional manner, etc.
