We are on the first floor mainly, there is a basement living area but that won't need done..

I need a deep cleaning twice a year, otherwise weekly to keep up. I like to have the windows and screen cleaned once a year .

Seasonal rustic cabin rental. Need 2 day deep cleaning in early April. Then cleaning afrer each group leaves
