Double wide, 3 bed 2 bath Need spring cleaning

General cleaning of 850 square foot house with occasional specific items

I am interested in having someone spring clean my house and then maintaining it once a month.

Mainly need general sweeping and mopping, dusting, change bed linens, cleaning outside porches, running vacuum cleaner,

Due to health issues and some situational depression, I have let my house go for some time and it has become overwhelming to do anything... more

that once every six months, a deep cleaning would be expected

House is very neat and tidy just need someone to do the basic mop sweep vacuum. I am 87 and just need help now
