Small single family home, one level older home.

This is for my father who is elderly and needs general cleaning vac, mop, dust, bathrooms baseboards and other things guys don't notice

Its just me. My house is relatively clean, it just needs to be kept up with dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc. once per month.
