Moi! Hello! My name's Marta, I'm 23 years old. I'm first year master degree student at Åbo Akademi (Teaching and Learning programme). I've been working with children for around 2 years - I've worked in the nursery and in the kindergartens (one was Montessori kindergarten, the other kindergarten). I was also babysitting for couple of families. Working with children is something I'm sure I want to do for life - it brings me joy, but at the same time I believe that childhood is one of the most important time of our life. In my work, I follow methods or systems like positive discipline, non violent communication and attachment parenting, but most of all I just believe that child is a human. I also have already worked in Finland as a substitute teacher in few day cares.
