English speaking but I can manage if the children speak Finnish. Experience: - Children from the age of 3 weeks old to 12 years old. Max 4 kids at one time. - Days/evenings and nights and short term overnights/few days in a row. - Staying overnights in hospital with babies. - Experience with ADHD and needs of neurodivergent children. - Day trips out/holidays/bigger occasions care. - Pets are also good. I own two cats. I have a lot of experience between paid childminding jobs and family/friend's children which I value and care for a lot. Flexible with time and schedules. I can try and work/fit into the families schedule and routine. Communication and check-ins are important. I try to establish an effective way to work with the child's needs in order to make them feel comfortable, safe and happy in my care so it's enjoyable and causes less stress for everyone involved.
