Hi parents and future employers! My name is Jai, 25 originally from the Philippines. I am currently an au pair in Norway, taking care of 3 kids, ages; 0-5 years old. I was also in The Netherlands before for a year and took care of a 5 year old kid. I am very calm and patient with kids. Although I am in Norway at the moment, I can easily come to Finland to meet future employers. I will be available starting spring or early summer next year but I am already looking for nanny jobs as early as now as I've heard there have been changes in the rules when applying for a work visa - that I can no longer stay inside Finland while my visa is on process. So I plan to find employers and start the process while in Norway so that I can easily move to Helsinki once my work visa is approved. I can provide reference both from my current and former host family. I am also using my sister's address in Helsinki because it is where I will live once I find a job there.
