We are thrilled to announce that we have been given the green light to rehearse Saturdays at SSEFC (South Suburban). While we are sad to not be producing a full musical this Fall, we think this alternative not only will provide our students with a fun opportunity to learn and perform musical theatre, we are also excited to perform songs and dance selections from musical shows we maybe would not perform in their entirety at TCHA. Everything from classic musicals to shows still on Broadway!

Students will spend 12 weeks rehearsing, be coached, and performing ensemble songs, dances, and combinations of both. At the end of every 4 weeks, students will perform for their fellow students and will be live streamed and recorded for extended family and friends to enjoy. Ensemble sizes will be apx. 10-15. Social distancing will be honored during rehearsals in the fellowship hall and gymnasium, masks will be required outside of rehearsal and when moving through the church building.

For payments, we have divided the 12 week semester into 4 week blocks. A down-payment of $40 will be made at the time of registration, followed by two additional payments of $40 at the beginning of week 5 and week 9 (we ask that you choose the payment-plan option when registering to allow TCHA to charge incrementally). This will allow us to avoid substantial refunds should things change and TCHA is required to cancel classes mid-semester.

Vocal auditions will be held in Mrs. Whalen's backyard 1-5pm Thursday & Friday, August 27 & 28. Please prepare a song of your choice that you feel comfortable and confident singing (acapella, one minute in length). Sign up for an audition time when you register.
