About

Does your child love to paint? If so, this is a great program to practice and learn new skills. Your artist will practice using a variety of paint media including, watercolor, tempera, acrylic paint, inks and more. We’ll focus on techniques such as color mixing, value, resist, and texture on a variety of surfaces all while creating a gallery of art.

Note: Painting Adventures is offered twice during the summer. The techniques may overlap, but the projects are different in each session - so feel free to register for one week or both for double the fun!

Acrylic still-life on canvas
Watercolor shadow shape
Painted pet rock

And so much more!!

Art Show outdoor on the Common, Friday at 4:15pm (weather permitting)!

Please be sure to dress your child appropriately for a mix of indoor and outdoor play. We also ask you pack a nut free snack and drink. Thank you!

Note: If your child's snack needs refrigeration, please send it with an ice pack.
