About
While Turkeys may be taking the main stage next week, there are a multitude of Birds that showcase their talents in our area during the Fall. From falcons to owls and sparrows to hummingbirds, campers will investigate some of the other birds around town. Campers will get the chance to create bird blinds to camouflage themselves, dissect owl pellets to discover what's in a diet, and build a variety of bird feeders to help local birds bulk up before the winter. With a large variety of indoor and outdoor games, campers will find a lot to be thankful for this season.
Pinnacle's break camp offers a fun & educational outlet for your budding scientists/naturalists (Grades 1-6).
Our camps allow kids to continue learning during the days off from school, while having fun, exploring, and designing projects with our dedicated teachers. With lots of time outdoors and hands-on experiments, your children will forget that they're learning.
Please remember to bring close-toed shoes, water bottle, lunch & 2+ snacks!
Families may drop-off as early as 8:45 am, while staff finish prepping materials. We will have independent activities (e.g. coloring, games, and crafts) available, though students may also choose to read or relax. Programming ends at 3:30 pm, and After-care runs from 3:30-5:30 pm.
Suggested extras items to bring:
- extra change of clothes
- jacket, boots, warm hat & gloves
