This weekly developmental class is designed to enhance sport-specific skills, focusing on a different sport each week to provide a comprehensive athletic experience. Our expert coaches emphasize the importance of speed, agility, and quickness, while fostering a love for fitness and sports.

Participants will gain valuable skills to improve their performance across various sports, ensuring well-rounded athletic development. Each session is crafted to help children build self-esteem, improve coordination, and master the fundamentals of each sport.

Key elements of the program include:

Sport-Specific Skills: Each week, we focus on a different sport, teaching essential techniques and strategies to excel.

Explosive Movements: Training that enhances the ability to perform rapid, powerful movements crucial for all sports.

Proper Movement Techniques: Instruction on the fundamentals of body mechanics to improve performance and efficiency.

Injury Prevention: Focused exercises that strengthen muscles and improve flexibility, reducing the risk of injuries.

Mobility and Flexibility: Activities designed to enhance range of motion and overall flexibility.

Week 4: Conditioning
