About

Youth Parkour Three is best for ages 12+ and geared toward parkour students who are beginner and intermediate level. This class is excellent for older children interested in team games and a once weekly commitment.

Playformance Parkour classes feature a non competitive discipline of movement focused on play and creativity that teaches kids how to overcome any obstacle with a playful mindset. Our students will learn to seek out challenges that will test them physically and mentally. Through facing these challenges, they build a solid fitness foundation of strength, flexibility, balance, control, creativity, and discipline. Students play challenging games with others which will help grow their social and emotional skills through playful connection. We view parkour as a team sport and teach our students to support and encourage each other through their challenges.

Parkour is a training discipline focused on how to use your challenges to grow physically, mentally, and socially. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most creative way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement (crawling) and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation and challenge.

This class is perfect for middle school students looking to learn and build their skills in parkour.

No classes during the weeks of October 7th and November 25th.
