Emily is the founder and creator of Sing with Emily. She studied vocal performance at NYU Steinhardt, where she learned the value of a strong foundation in vocal technique, as well as the importance of a supportive studio to learn and grow. As a performer, she has worked for various professional theatres around the country. She also runs The Chicago Carolers, a premier caroling group in the Chicagoland area. She can’t wait to see you!

Maddie Hanrahan has a Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance from Illinois Wesleyan University and 9 years of experience in singing and performing. She has a background in classical training, but she loves musical theatre just as much as she loves classical music. Her favorite type of music to sing is German Lieder and some of her favorite roles she has played include Wednesday in The Addams Family and Fiordiligi in Cosi fan tutte. Maddie aims to help students become confident musicians with a strong foundation of music theory. Above all, Maddie believes that music is about having fun and building confidence as a musician and performer.

Sylvie is an actress, musician, and instructor of record at Northern Illinois University’s School of Theatre and Dance. As a performer she has worked at South Coast Rep, Antaeus Theatre Company, Seattle Public Theater, Book It Rep, Lexington Children’s Theatre, and many others. Sylvie is a member of Actor's Equity and represented by 10 MGMT in Chicago, IL.

Tigelique (Ti ) Woods is a Teaching Artist who specializes in youth enrichment programs. She has a bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Art & Theater, a Masters in Public Health, and is working to obtain a specialization in Drama Therapy. Ti believes that we are all artists and that unique connection is what brings us together! It is with that mindset, that her unique background and skills give her an opportunity and drive to tap into the divine success of our youth! Ti has worked with children, teens, and young adults for over 10 years through various teaching, mentoring, and coaching roles. Ti's true goal and passion is providing youth with a safe environment to create, perform, document, and present their stories.
