Explore the world of sculpture! Campers will begin to gain an understanding of basic building techniques while learning how to be expressive using clay, cardboard, paper, plaster, wire and much more. Mix up you materials and use a little bit of everything to create a wide range of 2-D and 3-D artworks. **This camp may be split into two age groups or run as a mixed age camp based on enrollment.

Do you really love paintings by Vincent van Gogh? What about the sculptures of Yayoi Kusama? Have you ever thought about how Andy Warhol made that same soup can over and over? In this artist-filled week of camp, we will explore every medium, create art and be inspired by artists new and old, the masters and the contemporary. **This camp may be split into two age groups or run as a mixed age camp based on enrollment.

Imagine clay all day in this camp just for the little clay artists! Campers will explore the tactile medium of clay to sculpt their very own masterpieces. Campers will learn basic clay hand building skills to create art straight out of their imaginations. *It is recommended that younger campers have previously attended full day preschool or camps

Start at the beginning in this week of camp devoted to learning the art of the pottery wheel. Learn to create a basic cylinder form and turn it into a functional cup, bowl or plate. Finish your pieces with interesting surface designs and fun glazes or make them into one of a kind original pieces that you can now use every day! **4 day camp. No camp Thursday June 19th in honor of Juneteenth.

Have fun and build your skills with a week of camp devoted to the pottery wheel. Each piece starts by throwing the basic cylinder form then turn it into a bowl, vase, cup, or plate. You name it; you can make it! Add some character to your work with interesting surface techniques and glazes.

Whimsical bird baths, fairy houses, clay flowers that bloom all summer, or maybe a gnome to keep watch while you’re away? This week of camp focuses on building all things that beautify the great outdoors. Campers will learn basic hand building techniques to coil, pinch and sculpt, making this camp perfect for both the beginner looking to learn about clay, as well as the more advanced and imaginative ceramicist!

Take a seat and let's start an adventure through the world of clay! Learn about Chinese terracotta warriors, build and decorate Roman style pots and create tiles that belong in a Moroccan city. Join us as we squeeze a world of information into one week, each day will bring a new adventure.

Take a spin on the wheel and try your hand at sculpting in this crash course in creating a tea set fit for the Mad Hatter himself. Use crazy designs, fun shapes and wacky colors and see how silly you can make it! **Previous wheel experience helpful but not required.
