Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math for preschoolers. Students learn the hows and whys of the world around them through hands-on activities. They explore concepts like chemical reactions, the scientific method, cycles, and cause and effect through engaging lessons that allow for creativity and innovation. Expect to spend at least an hour and a half for each Playgroup: -30 minute (music is 45 minutes) structured class where fine motor skills are practiced -Playtime to encourage social interaction -Snacks/Lunch eaten together as a class (please bring your own food)

Now that the weather is nice, we will take our learning outside and use nature as our classroom. Students and caregivers will engage in purposeful outdoor play. Since this is part of our Playsmart Playgroups, we encourage families to pack a snack/lunch so families can eat together as much learning and socialization take place during mealtimes.
