Take the initial leap into the realm of "real coding," transitioning away from drag-and-drop interfaces. The curriculum uses Stanford University's Karel programming language, a pre-JavaScript language that serves as a prerequisite for incoming university freshmen. Recommended for ages 10+, or some 9-year-olds with strong keyboarding skills.
