Welcome to Sharks Swim! Summer isn’t summer without water and swimming! And our swim camps provide the opportunity to build confidence and learn basic swim skills or improve swim skills, with time to enjoy the water, and have a fun camp experience! The day begins with morning check-in, activities, and snack, and then the group heads to Highlands Rec Center for organized swim lessons and supervised recreational swim! Lifeguards are on duty! Then we head back to the center for some serious camp fun, including snacks, exploring, quiet activities, outside playtime, organized games, arts and crafts, games, jump rope & more...a busy day with plenty of exercise and activity! Camp includes two healthy snacks per day and Campers will receive a Footsteps sun protective long sleeve swim shirt to wear.

Welcome to Racquets & Swim New this summer we are expanding racquet sports to include pickle ball, badminton, and table tennis. Footsteps Child Care, in partnership with the City of Belmont, and support from the USTA NorCal, will again offers the H.I.T.S. tennis program. This program combines the challenge and fun of playing tennis with the educational and character-building aspects of team sports in a cooperative team environment to foster sportsmanship, integrity, camaraderie, responsibility, positive self-esteem, and social skills. All participants receive an H.I.T.S. t-shirt, wristband, ball, certificate, players/parents manual and more!!!

Field Trip 1: Walt Disney Museum & Presidio Tunnel Tops Park, San Francisco Grades: TK-2nd* When: 9 AM - 4 PM Cost: $65 Field Trip 2: San Francisco Giants STEM Day Grades: 3rd-8th* When: 9 AM - 4 PM Cost: $65 *Older children may opt to attend Disney Museum trip if they prefer **Enrollment is included with a minimum of 3 days per week enrollment. Camp Footsteps Summer 2025 Week One – Let’s Get Moving! Dates: June 9–13, 2025 Kick off summer with energy, excitement, and movement with a week packed with fun, active, engaging outdoor activities! Campers will learn new sports, play group games, and participate in team challenges while exploring how nutrition and healthy living are important. Get ready to move and play with a week full of action and adventure! Wednesday Field Trip: Visit the Magical Bridge Playground, a unique, inclusive play space where kids can run, climb, and explore in a safe and creative environment. Friday Special Event: Camp Footsteps Team Relay Day – Campers will compete in exciting relay races and games to win great prizes while building teamwork and having fun!
