In class, children go on a yoga adventure using their imaginations and the art of storytelling to help navigate through yoga poses. Our destinations include hiking in the Mountains, diving in the Great Barrier Reef, going on a Safari in Africa, or sledding in the North Pole. On our journey, we play yoga games, sing yoga songs, and practice breathing techniques. Our goal is to give young children a developmentally appropriate way to explore yoga poses, mindfulness and social emotional learning. In this class, children will work on developing and strengthening the following: Speech and language skills, Cognitive development, Creative thinking, Problem solving, Team work, Concentration, Listening Skills, Yoga Poses, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, Strength, Social Emotional Learning, Breathing techniques, and Self Calming skills 15 MINUTE EXPLORATION TIMES: We are eager to build community together as we open our JAMaROO Kids Club! We invite you to arrive up to 15 minutes before your class, and stay up to 15 minutes after your class ends, to explore our space with your littles! We simply ask that you adhere to the 15 minute windows before and after out of respect for the previous class, and the following class. If you would like to play in our space for longer please consider signing up for one of our open playtime hours- these can also be found on our registration page. Thank you for your cooperation! This session, we will focus on fun on the Enchanted Garden, Outer Space, & Insects, Gardens, and Weather! This is an 8 week session for Monday-Thursday classes, and 7 week session for Friday classes. Session package prices are adjusted accordingly.

Children are encouraged to come in their PJs to this fun evening yoga class! We will dim the lights and create a fun, yet calm and peaceful ambiance.
