Scratch is a great language recommended for beginners in coding. It allows you to create animated and interactive stories, games, and movies. Topics covered of this class will teach students the introduction of Scratch, the fundamentals up to creating their own animations. What will be taught : 1. Definition of Moviemaking 2. Do you have a budding musician on your hands? Register them in an online session with one of our teachers from Anahid Syourapian Piano School! Kids (ages four and up) can try their hand at learning the piano through a variety of activities and exercises for all levels and abilities. The teachers customize their lessons based on each individual students' needs and goals, so even newbies can give it a go. Kids will learn jazz, pop and other styles in music, but the main concentration will be in classical music. Piano lessons will focus on classical music, ear training and theory. The teachers will love to share their experiences, knowledge and patience with their students. Each lesson will allow both teachers and students to get to know each other so teachers can plan their lessons accordingly! Note: You need a keyboard or piano for this lesson. Curriculum at a Glance Spring Semester – Course 4: The Aftermath In Novel IV, young authors will learn how to steer their explosive climaxes into emotionally satisfying endings. A particular focus will be on whole-novel and character arcs, making sure young authors are creating dynamic characters with complete emotional arcs and storylines are thorough and lack plot holes. After novel completion, we’ll have a strong focus on self and peer editing, guiding novelists to look at their finished products with a critical eye while not losing their personal voices in the editing process. The course runs from February 3, 2024 - April 27, 2024. Note the later event date is to give late registrants additional time to enroll. In addition. there will be 3 live zoom classes with our Authors in Residence for the Teen Writer's Salon with dates TBD.

*Registrants who are new to Masters of the Dungeon Verse will have a 10-minute video call with the director, Mr. Adam, just to meet and get to know you. The workshop will focus on constructive criticism and analysis from both teachers and classmates. It will also feature a lesson relevant to the creative process to help guide our progress.
