Our Level 2 Ballet class is designed for beginner dancers ages 9-12 who are ready to develop a strong foundation in ballet technique. This class introduces fundamental ballet movements, body alignment, while focusing on flexibility, and coordination. Dancers will build confidence as they learn classical ballet steps, in a welcoming and fun environment. What This Class Involves: -Learning fundamental ballet positions, movements, and terminology -Practicing barre exercises to build strength, balance, and flexibility -Developing coordination and technique through center work and across-the-floor combinations -Exploring musicality, grace, and artistic expression in movement -Encouraging focus, discipline, and confidence in a supportive environment

Where they are: All children benefit from a space to be creative. Children are eager to explore different mediums, textures, and ways to express themselves. What to expect in class: Sculpt with playdough, create a collage, or experiment with different mediums. Get creative with puppets and dramatic play; and let the inspiration flow making one-of-a-kind works of art! Where they are: Children are ready to embark on a classroom experience without their adults by their side. They are ready to develop early literacy skills; collaborate and negotiate with their peers; and learn ways to communicate, cooperate and play together. What to expect in class: A playful twist on a traditional preschool/pre-k class. Children will develop the fundamental skills necessary for reading and writing as we explore letter recognition, phonics, sight words, spelling, and comprehension. They will build social skills during Gathering Time, while exploring the day’s fun and imaginative theme, and during Show and Share. Children will learn decision-making skills and build fine motor skills during our station play, and expand their creativity through art. The learning will extend to the home with printable “Literacy Kits”, with letter and theme-based worksheets. We will help prepare them for a lifetime love of school, classrooms, and learning. Our Level 3 Ballet class is designed for intermediate dancers ages 8-12 who have at least a year of ballet experience. This class builds on the fundamentals learned in earlier levels, introducing more advanced technique, strength-building exercises, and artistic expression. What This Class Involves: Refining ballet technique with more structured barre and center work. Strengthening balance, flexibility, and control through challenging exercises. Expanding knowledge of ballet terminology and movement quality. Learning more intricate footwork, turns, and jumps. Developing artistry and stage presence with expressive movement.

Where they are: All children benefit from a space to be creative. Children are eager to explore different mediums, textures, and ways to express themselves. What to expect in class: Sculpt with playdough, create a collage, or experiment with different mediums. Build a giant tower with your classmates, and read stories based on our weekly theme! Benefits: Physical:Working with different textures supports sensory input, fine motor, and gross motor skills. Cognitive: Creating your own work supports confidence and problem-solving skills. Social: Not only are children learning social skills by sharing a work space and creating with others, they are also able to express themselves through another outlet before they have the verbal capacity to do so. They can do new things like walk backwards, jump, and balance on one foot. What to expect in class: Our play floor comes to life with trips to the grocery store, eating pizza, finding animals, and even bugs! We’ll use creativity and imagination in all activities. Throw a pretend party, imagine a wild trip to outer space, or pretend to be an ant in a bug’s world...we’ll transform our playscape into a whole new world! Benefits: Physical: Jumping, climbing, crawling, and dancing all support improved balance and coordination skills along with building strong muscles and bones. Cognitive: Playing in this class supports pretending and imagining, which benefits problem solving skills, communication, and creativity.
