Beginner art is a 1 hour class. We work on pieces of art that can last over a number of weeks! This week promises to be filled with whimsical fun as we dive into creating a cool-looking zebra sporting shades! Students will have the opportunity to express their unique personalities through this creative project. You'll personalize your artwork by selecting the style, colors, and even the type of shades your zebra will wear, transforming a simple animal portrait into a reflection of your own artistic flair. Students will work on individual canvases that will be collaborated into a united mural that will be displayed at the shop and later dismantled for each to take a piece home. This weekly 2-hour class is a great option for kids looking to move ahead with their artistic talents. The students are given more independence and freedom to be creative with the projects. Projects often run for 3-4 weeks to give students the extra time to create a really impressive piece. Dress for a mess! We often work with acrylic paints and oil pastels, which can be very difficult to remove from clothing.
