Dr. Aayla Wellspring is a Naturopathic doctor who will be discussing homemade remedies for cold and flu season and teaching us how to make our own cough syrup/cold medicine. Participants are asked to bring a 16 oz glass jar with a lid and a 8-12 oz bottle of raw honey. From the Roots Up - A Family Flow & Function Series is the Treehouses newest program for parents. From Budgets to Food/Cooking to Health/Wellness and Routines and Schedules & Cleaning Systems this series is bound to have a program for you.
