What to expect in class: Taught by amazing Mr. Steven, who is in the Reno Wind Symphony, has a Master's Degree in Music and over 10 years experience teaching children 6 mos - 5 years! Engage your little one in a multi-age music class with songs, rhythm exploration, movement to music and instrument exploration (sanitized between each use). This class provides opportunities not only to learn musical techniques, styles, and about different instruments, but also supports social and emotional development. Benefits: Physical: Sensory exploration time is supported while children practice their motor skills, which is crucial for your child’s overall development. Cognitive: Music play helps activate parts of the brain responsible for music and speech processing. It creates an early appreciation of music and supports language development. Social: Through music, you can hear and feel emotions. Tunes can be happy, sad, or angry! This supports social development in understanding emotions in a new way. Adults: You get to engage with your little one making emotional connections and strong bonds. Being involved in your child’s play helps both you feel more connected.

Stretching, songs, parachute time and bubbles plus exploration and fun teacher led activities utilizing our AWESOME NEW EQUIPMENT! Help your child learn through play, this class helps your little one reach all of their developmental milestones! For little ones that can confidently sit on their own to those that are walking (6 - 18 mos). If a class is full, be sure to add yourself to the waitlist!

This class is suitable for confident walkers with the ability to run and about 20 spontaneous words in their vocabulary; help your child learn through play in this class that focuses on motor skills, following directions, problem solving and increasing language development we. Once your child has a minimum of 50 words, speaks in 3 - 5 word sentences and initiates imaginary play - try the Explorer's Class! Fun teacher led & caregiver guided activities utilizing our AWESOME NEW EQUIPMENT.   . Unlimited "Open Gyms" and one "Prime Time Open Gym" included with any membership. One adult per child in the gym (if an open gym is not full, we can allow 2 adults). Independent exploration time on our NEW award winning, one-of-a-kind, clean, ever-changing playscapes! Caregiver/child interactive - spend quality time with your little one as they learn through PLAY! This activity is not teacher led.

This imaginary and motor skill based class is suitable for children that have strong verbal skills (a minimum of 50 spontaneous words and string 3 -5 words together), initiate imaginary play, enjoy sitting for story time and following imaginary games. If your child is not quite ready for the Explorer's Class, book the Runner's Class! Your child will do best in a class that they are most comfortable in, while mastering their developmental milestones! Classes are teacher led and caregiver guided.
