Children know so much about music at this stage, and are at the beginning stages of being able to express themselves musically!

What to expect in class: Sculpt with playdough, create a collage, or experiment with different mediums. Build a giant tower with your classmates, and read stories based on our weekly theme! Physical Benefits: Working with different textures supports sensory input, fine motor, and gross motor skills. Cognitive Benefits: Creating your own work supports confidence and problem-solving skills. Social Benefits: Not only are children learning social skills by sharing a work space and creating with others, they are also able to express themselves through another outlet before they have the verbal capacity to do so. 3 - 5 Year Old Drop Off. A multi-disciplinary class designed to introduce your child to engineering, design, art, math and movement. This S.T.E.A.M inspired class is great for the young maker, mover and thinker. It takes an active approach to school readiness and maintains our whole-child learning philosophy.

0 to 18 months ONLY! Playtime for our youngest learners. This relaxed environments allows: - Gentle playtime for babies and crawlers. - Practice skills learned in class. - Socialization with friends.

In every class, children learn discipline, respect, self-confidence, and valuable self-defense skills in a safe, positive, and supportive environment. Each session includes: Dynamic warm-ups and fun movement drills Age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu techniques and games Partner exercises to build teamwork and coordination Life lessons around focus, resilience, and leadership Led by experienced coaches who lead by example, our classes aim to build character, improve fitness, and develop confidence. Whether your child is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, we help them find their inner strength while having fun and making new friends.
