Level 1 Ballet

Our Level 1 Ballet class is designed for young dancers ages 6-8 who are just beginning their ballet journey. This class introduces the basic foundations of ballet in a fun and supportive environment, helping children develop balance, flexibility, and coordination. What This Class Involves: -Learning basic ballet positions, movements, and terminology. -Practicing simple barre exercises to build strength and posture. -Exploring movement through creative and imaginative exercises. -Developing coordination and musicality with across-the-floor activities. - Building confidence and self-expression in a welcoming space.
